We’re looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to join our growing team and help our clients transform ambitious ideas into user-centred, impactful digital products. You’ll combine strategic thinking, creativity, and strong design execution to deliver solutions that truly make a difference.

What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to transform business needs and user expectations into intuitive, effective digital products.
• Lead discovery activities such as stakeholder interviews, workshops, and persona brainstorming sessions to understand user behaviour and uncover opportunities.
• Plan and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, focus groups) and usability testing to gather actionable insights and continuously refine solutions.
• Translate findings into clear design recommendations, presenting concepts, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to both internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring visual consistency, brand coherence, and a seamless experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Design interfaces for multiple platforms and devices, delivering responsive, accessible, and high-quality user experiences.
• Support the team on strategic initiatives, from business analysis input to ad-hoc project needs, always keeping a user-centric mindset.

Skills & qualifications

• A degree in UX, Interaction Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or an equivalent field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design or business analysis, with a strong portfolio showing your impact on digital products.
• Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research, and translating insights into design decisions.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end UX process — from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and implementation.
• Experience designing web platforms or software solutions is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and strong prototyping skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, present ideas clearly, and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Creative problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and adaptability in dynamic project contexts.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
