About The Role

We’re looking for a Medior Microsoft .NET Developer to join a dynamic team in Amsterdam. This role is ideal for a developer with solid hands-on experience in Microsoft development environments who can work independently, collaborate effectively, and contribute to technical problem-solving in structured project settings.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications within the Microsoft ecosystem while ensuring high-quality, efficient, and reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.

Resolve technical issues and contribute to routine and complex problem-solving.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.

Work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability.

Ensure software quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Manage short-term planning, scheduling, and monitoring of own tasks.

Contribute to documentation, testing, and deployment activities.

Support the team by mentoring junior members when needed.

Essential Skills & Experience

✅ 4–7 years of experience as a .NET Developer in Microsoft development environments.

✅ Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks.

✅ Strong understanding of software design principles and structured problem-solving.

✅ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.

✅ Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.

✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing workload.

✅ Awareness of software development standards, security, and health & safety guidelines.

✅ Relevant certifications (such as MCTS, MCSD, or MVP) are advantageous.

Desirable Skills

✨ Experience in Core Java or cross-platform development.
