Role Overview
Join Booking.com’s Digital Performance Creative team and help shape scalable, data-informed, and engaging adverts and creatives that reach travellers in 40+ languages across 190+ countries. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative, data, and scale to deliver high-performing culturally attuned digital ads that drive app downloads and accommodation bookings.
Key Job Responsibilities And Duties
- Creative delivery & QA: Collaborate with designers and agencies to produce and deliver Performance Creatives assets for TikTok, Meta, Google, Pinterest, and more - ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery with detailed QA against brand requirements, UX/UI, and platform standards.
- Scaling & localization: Use and collaborate with teams to build templates, automation, and smart workflows - enabling high-volume variations across markets, coordinating localisation and versioning to ensure cultural fit and brand consistency.
- Workflow & stakeholder management: Run day-to-day project workflows (timelines, trackers, status) in Jira and Airtable, align cross-functional teams, and manage expectations with clear updates.
- Insight-to-brief: Translate research and performance insights into clear creative briefs and structured requirements, feeding platform best practices and social trends into testable ideas.
- Asset governance: Coordinate asset delivery, maintain file structures and naming, uphold version control, and conduct platform-ready checks before handover.
- Testing & continuous improvement: Support product, specialist, and analysis teams in deciding creative tests and analysis, then communicating learnings and actions into variations.
- Experience in production, creative execution and a brand environment.
- Highly structured, with proven workload management skills and the ability to stick to a plan in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient with project management tooling e.g. Jira.
- Solid grasp of digital design principles (UX/UI) and platform specifications, with a keen eye for quality.
- Comfort translating data into actionable creative briefs and test plans.
- Global mindset and cultural sensitivity - able to feedback on messaging and representation across markets.
- Broad social media platform knowledge and an understanding of content trends.
- Curiosity about AI and creative automation, with a systems-thinking and business-first approach.
- Exposure to App and Performance formats (e.g., Meta Advantage+, Google App Campaigns, TikTok creative best practices, Pinterest).
- Experience in multi-language, localization at scale across global markets.
- Brand strategy experience

- Build and iterate using automation and new technologies designed for speed and quality.
