About Responsibilities


The main mission will be:

HR Business Partner act as a strategic consultant and business partner, building close relationships with managers and leadership to support strategic decision-making related to people management, in alignment with the company’s overall strategy. Will advise on complex or sensitive day-to-day matters and serve as the single point of contact for all people issues within assigned business units.

  • Partner with management and business leaders to provide guidance on HR and people-related matters, acting as a trusted adviser and supporting the planning, development, and capability-building of an agile, adaptable, and highly skilled workforce;
  • Collaborate with both employees and leaders to shape people strategies that enhance engagement, faster growth, retention, and drive organisational success, while ensuring alignment with company strategy and policies;
  • Serve as the single point of contact within designated business units for all people-related matters;
  • Identify and address employee development needs;
  • Facilitate employee development initiatives, including training needs assessments and talent development programmes;
  • Lead talent management processes, including talent reviews and succession planning, to ensure the most effective use of talent;
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, integration, career development, employee relations, internal mobility, and offboarding.


Who you are:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Business Partner, with prior HR experience;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills;
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
  • Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution;
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent level of English; Good level in French is a plus.
