- Senior-level experience in managing large-scale transformation and migration projects
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

- Fluent in Portuguese and English (English is the working language)

- Hybrid setup: 50% on-site at client facilities in the Braga district
