Join our team as a Project Manager – Cybersecurity Roadmap (f/m/d)

Are you ready to lead strategic initiatives in cybersecurity and drive impactful change in dynamic IT environments? 🌐

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee key initiatives within a Cybersecurity Roadmap. This role requires a balance of technical and behavioural skills, with a strong focus on results and the ability to navigate complex and evolving contexts.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✨ Plan and execute IT projects: define scope, allocate resources, manage teams and ensure deadlines are met

✨ Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, fostering collaboration across organisational units and systems

✨ Adapt quickly to dynamic environments, managing priorities and anticipating risks

✨ Demonstrate autonomy and leadership in complex situations

✨ Promote IT governance and change management best practices

✨ Provide constructive feedback and contribute to continuous improvement

✨ Monitor risks, issues and pending items to maintain project status accuracy

✨ Follow established project management standards and templates

📌 Key Skills:

✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT and cybersecurity/infrastructure contexts

✅ Solid understanding of IT systems and implementation processes

✅ Proven experience in leading and coordinating technical teams

✅ Track record of successful delivery in complex digital projects

✅ Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Power BI

✅ Fluency in Portuguese (critical), English (important), Spanish (valued)

✅ Strong communication, empathy and stakeholder engagement

✅ Proactive, resilient and problem-solving mindset

✅ Organised, accountable and adaptable profile with decision-making autonomy

✅ Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement

📌 Education & Certifications:

🎓 Degree in Information Systems, Engineering or related areas

🎓 Certifications in project management or cybersecurity are a plus
