At Wiselook, a dynamic spin-off from a major HHRR company, we are re-imagining the way organisations measure and elevate human potential. We’ve partnered with the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and teamed with a group of 8 PhDs to build an AI-driven B2B platform that assesses human competencies and helps professionals discover strengths, close gaps and plan their career trajectories. 

You’ll join at a pivotal moment — our MVP is ready, and now we need a fullstack engineer who will take ownership of the front-end while supporting the back-end to scale our platform globally. You’ll collaborate with a small but high-calibre team including product & AI lead (MIT-trained), back-end lead (Azure & infrastructure expert) and the CEO (ex-Amazon/Glovo/JPMorgan).

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of the front-end, transitioning from external team hand-off to internal leadership of design and implementation. 

• Translate designs into scalable, maintainable, high-quality React + TypeScript + Tailwind applications, shaping how our users interact with the product. 

• Collaborate with the back-end (Node.js, Python, FastAPI, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Azure, LangGraph/LangChain) to integrate APIs, authentication flows and end-to-end features. 

• Influence and help define our technical architecture, tooling choices and best practices as we build the platform from the ground up. 

• Work in a flexible, agile environment (daily syncs, sprints, retrospectives) and embrace continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

• Strong experience with React + TypeScript and building front-end applications in production. 

• Solid back-end exposure with Node.js (comfortable supporting the back-end team). 

• Experience starting a product from scratch (MVP → production) and mindset to scale and maintain it. 

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality code, structure components thoughtfully and embed good front-end/back-end integration practices. 

• Ownership mindset, ability to manage priorities, work proactively and communicate effectively. 

Pluses (but not required):

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Figma workflows. 

• Startup experience: you’ve worked in lean, agile, fast-paced environments. 

• Good English communication skills: we plan to internationalise.
