Role


The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle, including: market analysis, understanding of customer (end users and partners) requirements, defining the product plan and doing execution by working closely with account managers, marketing and all departments. The goal is to ensure the business development objectives are reached.



Responsibilities:


  • Act as an owner for the business development to ensure the outcomes.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap
  • Analyze market competition and propose actions to take to develop responsible areas/businesses.
  • Ensure the product knowledge and strategy/actions are well delivered internally.
  • Conduct accurate product phase-in and phase-out plan with a good inventory management.
  • Coordinate accounts and marketing actions to ensure a successful new product launch and product sustaining outcomes.
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term forecasts and special reports and analysis

Knowledge

  • Excellent technical and market knowledge on components products.
  • Highly valued with deep understanding on Content Creation, Computer Accessories or other specific areas of target audiences.
  • Good knowledge on the IT business models and operations, such as supply chain, Back Office and other areas.
  • Knowledge and experience in business and marketing positions.
  • Proved strategic planning with number-driven mind-set to identify issues and to propose solutions and ensure the execution.
  • Good negotiating and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially excel and power point.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar job in the IT market.
  • Highly valued with the experience as Product Manager, Account Managers or Business Planning.
  • Proved successful cases to develop new businesses or operations.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
