SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER - EUROPE

The successful candidate will manage one of the most strategic category of the company’s portfolio. The main goal will be to accelerate the category’s profitable growth across the European region.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate ad hoc category’s insights while leveraging and analysing market data and trends.
• Set overall product portfolio strategic framework, ensuring fit with the brand strategy and financial goals.
• Harness consumers’ insights to lead and execute portfolio innovation and renovation; effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization (R&D, Product PMO, Finance, Procurement and Supply chain in particular). Identify optimal product mix. Manage product lifecycle, recommending discontinuation/refresh/upgrade plans to meet market needs and opportunities.
• Recommend pricing and channel strategy based on through consumers’ and markets’ insights.
• Co-develop and deploy Communication campaigns.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing launch plans to be recognized as best in class by local subsidiaries and senior management

Required Qualifications

• University graduate / post-graduate degree in marketing / business administration
• 7-8 years in Product/Brand Management at regional or global levels, or Marketing function at local level.
• Experience in health & beauty or healthcare sector required. English fluent (both written and spoken), French and any other European language are a plus.
• IT proficiency: MS Office, experience with Digital Asset Management or Product Information Management is a plus
