We are seeking a Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our product team and help drive the digital transformation of our business. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the UX/UI Design Thinking Lead, UX/UI Team, Product Owner, Technical Leads, and Development Team to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
This exciting opportunity involves working with one of our customers in the financial sector, where you will tackle complex challenges in a highly regulated and dynamic industry. Your work will span research and design, requiring creativity and problem-solving to address intricate issues in an international environment spanning over 16 countries.

- Create customer journey maps, wireframes, user flows, low- and high-fidelity prototypes to ideate on the concepts and communicate product vision to the stakeholders (Design Thinking Methodologies).
- Collaborate with the design thinking activities and functional team to propose innovative solutions for digitalization.
- Coordinate other UX members to create new impact solutions.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role as a Junior Product Designer / UX/UI Designer.
- Proven expertise in digital product design with proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, and the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe XD, Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Communications Design, Interaction Design, Graphic & Media Design, or Fine Arts.
- A Master's degree in User Experience, Innovation, Research, UX/UI, or CRO is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, essential for collaborating with international teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with emerging research approaches, tools, and best practices for presenting findings.
- Desirable experience in branding, data-driven design, and design systems.
- Experience in or knowledge of the financial sector is a strong plus.
- 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days!
