- Audit and review existing Canva templates and tables to assess current visual consistency
- Develop a unified visual system that reflects the brand’s identity and values
- Redesign and refine all materials for use as downloadable PDFs, social media assets, and email giveaways
- Ensure all resources are optimized for digital distribution and easy client access
- Provide final, editable Canva files and clear usage guidelines for future updates
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of branding and template projects
- Advanced proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other design tools as needed
- Ability to interpret and extend existing brand guidelines across multiple resource types
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality, consistent design
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely
- Availability to deliver the project within agreed timelines
- Experience working with architecture, design, or creative industry clients is a plus
