We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science R&D Specialist with a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate is passionate about cutting-edge AI research and has hands-on experience developing and deploying advanced models. You’ll work closely with our data science and engineering teams to design innovative solutions, prototype new algorithms, and contribute to our long-term AI research roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research in LLMs, NLP, and other machine learning domains.
• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into production-ready systems.
• Publish findings internally and potentially in peer-reviewed venues or conferences.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and data science.

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines and model optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or related field.
• Research experience in transformer-based architectures, language model fine-tuning, or multimodal AI.
• Published papers or research contributions in relevant areas (e.g., ACL, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
