To support the Human Resources department in its daily administrative and HR-related activities, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, assisting in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats.
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of contracts, welcome packages, and exit documentation.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and probation periods.
- Help organize training sessions, company events and other HR initiatives.
- Assist in preparing HR documents, such as employment contracts, warnings, performance reviews, etc.
- Support in administrative tasks and ad hoc projects.
- General secretarial duties, including monitoring and appropriate handling of telephone, mail and email, courier dispatches.
- Organizational support related to private affairs of the CEO.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
