Your Role – Co-Founder Game Developer (Equity First)

You’ll be the fourth co-founder joining an experienced, hands-on team (CEO, CTO, CMO).

Your mission:

• Level up our existing game — improve the foundation we’ve built.
• Create new content for more advanced learners.
• Shape the future of Talky as both a product and a company.

This is not a job. It’s ownership. You’ll be building a company and a product from the inside out — and be rewarded with equity, not a salary.

You Are...

• A Unity game developer with 3+ years experience
• Someone who has shipped mobile games
• Comfortable working with modular architectures, REST APIs, and scalable cloud backends (ours is on AWS, with Python-based logic)
• Curious about AI-powered gameplay, speech tech, or EdTech
• A builder — someone who takes full ownership and thrives on autonomy
• Willing to relocate to Barcelona or Berlin
• A leader and a team player who loves building things that matter

Our Stack & Vision

• Unity + C# for the game
• Python backend, AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB)
• AI & NLP for speech feedback, learning path prediction (Whisper, spaCy, custom deep learning models)
• Expanding into multiple languages, higher CEFR levels, and adaptive learning content
