About the role

Sygnum is building a best-in-class digital asset investment advisory platform for professional and institutional clients. As Product Owner, you will own the advisory offering end-to-end – from strategy and framework to delivery and commercialization – working across research, asset management, tokenization, trading, legal/compliance, risk, and front-office teams. You’ll launch in Switzerland, then scale to Singapore and additional priority regions, based on the following key responsibilities:

• Own the product: serve as the product owner for the digital asset investment advisory offering; set the roadmap, backlog, and KPIs; steward client outcomes and commercial impact
• Design the advisory framework: build and maintain the advisory framework (offering, suitability/appropriateness, content, advisory workflows), covering offering design, legal and compliance, pricing, risk management, and go-to-market
• Content design: lead creation and governance of advisory content (house views, trade ideas, thematic notes, tokenization insights, staking/validator guidance, etc.) with research, asset management, tokenization, and trading; plan advisory campaigns and own marketing collateral (factsheets, one-pagers, playbooks)
• Front-office enablement: educate relationship managers (training, playbooks, talk tracks) and support prospect/client meetings with bespoke proposals and trade recommendations
• Commercialization: design pricing, segmentation, packaging, and sales enablement; track pipeline, adoption, and NPS; iterate based on client and RM feedback and scale internationally, with a focus on Singapore first

Our ideal candidate

• An enthusiastic, driven, entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset; comfortable owning outcomes in an evolving environment
• 5–10 years of experience in a top-tier digital asset company, asset/wealth manager, strategy consulting, or investment bank with a strong product, advisory, or solutions focus; track record launching or scaling investment advisory offerings
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field (Master’s/CFA/CAIA a plus)
• Strong project/program management and stakeholder management across front-, middle-, and back-office
• Deep understanding of wealth & asset management processes (suitability, portfolio construction, product governance, pricing, and client reporting).
• Regulatory literacy (FinSA/FINMA for CH; MAS for SG) and risk management (market, operational, conduct)
• Crypto ecosystem fluency: market structure, use cases, protocols, adoption, DeFi, Web3, and future trends
• Excellent written/oral communication; fluent English required; German a strong plus
