This role is available only in Romania, involves an employment contract (CIM), and is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Strong ability to translate business challenges into actionable data strategies, communicate effectively across audiences, and lead client interactions, presentations, and workshops with a trusted advisor mindset.
- Build and enhance Python applications, write automated tests, and maintain clear documentation. You’ll integrate operational and security standards from the start to ensure performance and maintainability.
- Take charge of managing and optimizing our Kubernetes clusters, contributing to the reliability and scalability of our systems.
- Share your expertise during the ideation phase of new products and actively exchange knowledge and best practices with your team.
- Help shape the energy transition by delivering innovative IT solutions that directly contribute to a more sustainable future.
Requirements:
- You hold a university degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
- You have solid expertise in developing Python applications and confidently work with relevant frameworks.
- You are experienced with Kubernetes and feel at home in cloud environments.
- You prioritize clean code, write automated tests, and are proficient with tools like Git.
- You collaborate effectively using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, and are familiar with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, (Biz)DevOps, Design Thinking).
- You independently develop MVPs and implement solutions based on backlog requirements.
- You quickly adapt to new technologies and actively follow and evaluate emerging tech trends.
- You bring strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, enabling you to thrive in an international and multilingual environment (English).
