Your Mission:

  • Learn to bridge the gap the gap between software development and IT operations, aiming to enhance collaboration and streamline processes for efficient software delivery and infrastructure management;
  • Learn to develop and maintain critical information systems, implementing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning and monitoring system performance to ensure reliability and scalability;

Profile required

Your Role in a Nutshell:

  • Troubleshoot existing information in systems in order to identify errors and to offer L1 and L2 support;
  • Incident resolution and monitoring;
  • Investigation on non-production incidents and escalation/brainstorming with the development team if necessary;
  • Perform deployments in DEV, UAT, PROD environments;
  • Handle the applications access rights;
  • Participate in disaster recovery exercises and other weekend operations;
  • Maintain the tools necessary to manage the environments;
  • Act as one of the main contacts for infrastructure (servers, firewalls, databases, SSL certificates...).

A little about You:

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any other relevant Engineering field;
  • Good grasp of Linux & shell scripting;
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities are also vital, as the role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to align development and operational objectives;
  • Python experience is a plus;
  • Experience in ITIL environment is a plus;
  • Experience in AGILE environment is a plus.
