In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Define, own, and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Translate business needs and strategy into a clear product backlog.
• Prioritize features and requirements based on customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, QA, UX and other collaborators to deliver high-quality product increments.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring user needs and feedback are reflected in product decisions.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews to support agile delivery.
• Demo product capabilities and educate teams and customers on its value.
• Develop system expertise and educate collaborators inside and outside the organization.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and benchmarks; prioritize accordingly.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in a software company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Proven capability to manage complex products or platforms involving various collaborators.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.  
• Willing to travel 5-10%.
