Stockholm Design Studio (SDS) is looking for a motivated WordPress Developer Intern to join our creative team. You’ll get hands-on experience managing real client and internal projects, from maintaining websites to creating new event pages, blogs, and membership systems.

This internship is ideal for someone who already knows their way around WordPress but wants to sharpen their skills in a professional design studio environment.

• Assist in developing, managing, and maintaining WordPress websites.
• Create and update blog posts, event pages, and content layouts using Elementor or Gutenberg.
• Support membership management using the Ultimate Membership Pro plugin.
• Work with WooCommerce to manage products, pages, and basic e-commerce functionality.
• Help optimize website performance, SEO, and responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to produce cohesive page designs.
• Occasionally assist in preparing social media visuals or uploading content.
• Learn best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

• Basic to intermediate experience with WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and basic PHP.
• Curiosity to learn about SEO, optimization, and website management.
• Attention to detail, clean code habits, and good communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to experiment and solve problems.

• Familiarity with Ultimate Membership Pro or other membership plugins.
• Interest in UI/UX or digital design.
• Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD.
