Data Scientist

Opportunity: Data Scientist at Stockholm based Analytics Startup

My client, a high growth analytics company based in Stockholm, are looking for a data scientist to lead model development and research in their expanding engineering team. They have exclusive contracts with an extensive range of European brands and are looking to optimise forecasting and recommendation models to support their expanding growth and profitability!

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of our ML algorithms and AI models, continuously improving the accuracy and performance of our forecasting and recommendation engines.
• Research and implement new ML/AI strategies
• Design, build, and maintain robust and efficient data pipelines that power real-time applications.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers to integrate new AI-driven features and improvements across the entire tech stack.

Requirements:

• 4 years+ Data Science Experience
• Proven proficiency in Python and its core ML libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with relational and analytical databases like PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Practical knowledge of data orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Typescript/ Go experience is a plus
