HR Business Automation & User Experience

• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas that can benefit from automation using low code or no code platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design automation solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback.
• Utilize low code and no code development platforms to create custom applications, workflows, and automation solutions. (including RPA)
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible.
• Test and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure they function correctly and meet established quality standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of automation solutions, processes, and configurations.
• Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support to address issues and optimize automated processes.
• Ensure that automation solutions adhere to security protocols and regulatory compliance standards. (Mainly Data Protection regulation)
  
  

• Have excellent communication skills in English
• Strong team spirit, open and ability to communicate and work independently with team based on different locations and out of hierarchical mindset (trust-based setup).
• Rigorous and autonomous way of working and is able to adapt to the situations.
• Project management and Agile skills
• Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement mindset
• Analytics skills and passionate on operational excellence
• Experience on Application development using No code Low code (as google AppSheet)
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
• Interest in technology and IT Tools.
• Convinced of the power of the data and interesting in KPIs / measures
• Knowledge of HR process will be a plus
• Workday - Cornerstone - SAP knowledge will be a plus
• Experience in Google Workspace tools is a plus (Intermediate)
• Availability to work in a Hybrid mode
