Change and People Development Specialist
Our client is seeking a Change and People Development Specialist to support the global rollout of OneERP—a unified ERP solution driving process standardization across all businesses.
As part of the Change and Communication team, you’ll help shape OneERP’s success through strong organizational change management (OCM), people development, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll collaborate with HR, business leaders, and technical experts to build capability, manage transformation, and ensure smooth adoption of D365 across global sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support change management activities in line with central methodology.
- Monitor and drive change readiness and adoption across locations.
- Enable capability building through reskilling, knowledge transfer, and development initiatives.
- Partner with HR and central functions to drive engagement and transformation.
Key Competences:
- Proven experience in large-scale transformation projects, preferably ERP rollouts.
- Strong background in organizational change and people development.
- Strategic competence planning and stakeholder management skills.
