We are now seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our Operations team and play a vital role in our next chapter of growth.
What You'll Do
Be a catalyst for high performance and team success by:
- Supporting cross-department projects that optimize processes, support growth initiatives, and strengthen Kodiak Hub’s tech ecosystem.
- Assisting with System Administration for CRM, CPQ, and GTM tools, ensuring data quality and smooth operations
- Contributing to workflows, automations, and integrations to help teams work more efficiently together
- Becoming a resource for the commercial tech stack by helping answer questions, documenting processes, and sharing best practices
- Gaining exposure to Go-To-Market strategy by analyzing data, monitoring intent signals, and improving cross-system processes that align sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Exploring cutting-edge SaaS tools, including HubSpot, Workato, Clay, Apify, AI, APIs, and more
- Using data-driven and analytical thinking to support decision-making, test ideas, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
We seek a curious and analytical Business Operations intern who:
- Is pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systems, or another technical/analytical field, with at least two years of completed coursework.
- Is eager to learn how technology and data drive revenue operations (RevOps), cross functionality, and operational excellence
- combines analytical problem-solving with business savvy to discover how data-driven processes impact outcomes
- Excels in learning tools and systems quickly, experimenting new ideas, asking questions, and sharing insights effectively.
- Thrives in fast-paced and collaborative environments
