Our groundbreaking solution pairs licensed physical therapists with an artificial intelligence-powered digital therapist to help people overcome chronic and post-surgical pain faster and more cost-effectively than anything out there. We’re on a mission to reduce U.S. healthcare costs by $70B by making it simple for people to recover at home, without resorting to imaging, surgeries or opioids.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Enhancing the effectiveness of our Digital Physical Therapy program by ensuring frequent, timely, and relevant engagement with members to guide them successfully through their journeys and meaningfully improve their lives
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for program improvement
  • Designing and implementing new processes and training standards to elevate program quality and consistency
  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of our programs to inform decision-making and strategic planning
  • Partnering with expert clinicians to solve complex edge cases, drawing insights to scale improvements across the program
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of highly motivated and driven operations associates and clinicians, continuously raising the bar for performance and engagement


What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking or a fast-growing startup
  • A data-driven mindset and strong analytical ability, paired with extensive experience on Looker, SQL and Google Sheets
  • A strong bias towards execution, a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift
  • Sound critical-thinking, sharp analytical ability and clear communication and decision-making skills
  • A proactive, self-start attitude that allows you to drive change independently
  • A proven people leader with the ability to run teams effectively
