Responsibilities

• Writing clean, reusable, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews
• Working with other software engineers to develop front-end and back-end architecture that’s well-structured and flexible, along with the Rest APIs to support it

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 5+ years of backend work experience
• Experience in web technologies such as PHP 8.3+, Javascript, TailwindCSS, Redis and responsive web design
• Experience in Laravel 11, Symfony etc. frameworks and it’s ecosystem (Sanctum, Reverb, Horizon etc.)
• Expertise in Object Oriented Design, Database Design, Rest API's, and MVC architecture
• Proficient in using Git as a control system
• Experience in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with containers (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus,
• Familiarity with DevOps (Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing and Continuous Delivery) is a plus
