- Supporting the post-trade processing of financial instruments (e.g., equities, bonds, ETFs)
- Ensuring accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions
- Performing data analysis and reconciliation tasks in Excel
- Monitoring transaction lifecycle events and resolving mismatches
- Collaborating with internal teams and external counterparts to ensure smooth operations
- Written and spoken English at B2 level or higher
- Intermediate Excel skills (you’ll work with spreadsheets daily – macros not required)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree (or ongoing studies) in Finance, Economics or related field
- Previous experience in financial services or securities operations
