Our client is an international SaaS organisation that helps leading enterprises deliver real-time, data-driven customer engagement at scale. The company is growing rapidly across global markets and is now seeking a talented Sales Director to drive commercial success in Turkey.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Drive new enterprise business across key verticals including telecom, finance, and retail
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver value and client satisfaction
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and market insights


Requirements :


  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales
  • Strong network and experience selling into enterprise organisations
  • Ability to lead consultative, solution-based sales processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and commercially driven
  • Fluency in Turkish and English required
