System Engineer Executive (Fintech) - Hybrid

Job Description

  • Install, configure, maintain, and optimize the performance of Linux-based servers
  • Establish, manage, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines
  • Design and manage system infrastructures in accordance with high availability, scalability, and security principles
  • Develop automation processes using configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef)
  • Lead projects involving containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Set up and optimize monitoring and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
  • Implement security, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to promote DevOps culture

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Linux system administration
  • Advanced knowledge of DevOps culture, methodologies, and tools
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
  • Experience with on-premise infrastructure setup and management
  • Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong understanding of networking, security, load balancing, and system monitoring
  • Scripting experience with languages such as Bash, Python, or Go
  • Preferably familiar with payment system regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS
