Mid UI/UX Designer (f/m/d) - 6months contract

About the job

You will join a UI team based in Poland which supports new and ongoing projects and initiatives in our RBI Head Office (Vienna). These will include design of new digital tools and features for both internal users (RBI employees) and external users (mostly corporate and institutional clients), and re-design of existing applications used internally.

We’re looking for a Mid UI Designer who is willing to build up the user-centric attitude together with us and spread the knowledge of User Centered Design process and the role of UX research across our organization.

The core facts

• Support in collecting requirements and translating them into sketches, wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Participating in user research, collecting and analysing feedback from end-users and proposing product improvements accordingly
• Participating in workshops with stakeholders, business owners, business analysts, developers to understand product requirements
• Taking care of visual consistency of the applications, maintaining component libraries and proposing improvements in the design system
• Collaboration with Scrum teams (PO, business analysts and developers) as well as stakeholders
• The role is for 6months contract. There is possibility to prolong but it depends on business needs. Please apply only if you are ok with 6month cooperation.

Your core competences

• Experience as a mid specialist
• Fluent English and Polish
• Strong skills in using Figma and Miro
• UI design skills, knowledge of best practices in UI design
• Ideating design concepts at both high and low fidelity levels
• Strong team-player with good communication skills
• Being well-organised, pro-active and able to work independently
• Ability to present and discuss design decisions with the team

• Ability to run user research and usability tests
