We are seeking an Associate People Operations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in delivering vital People Operations services.
This role supports areas such as Onboarding, Benefits, and HR Administration, depending on the needs of the organization. Success requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
The position follows a hybrid work model, with three days per week based in the Gdansk office
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on organizational priorities
- Address employee inquiries and requests through a ticketing system, ensuring clear and prompt responses
- Update and maintain employee data in HR and payroll systems while ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Verify that HR processes and documentation comply with company policies and legal standards
- Support the development of reports and summaries for operational and compliance purposes
- Collaborate with the People Team to enhance workflows, improve employee satisfaction, and contribute to broader initiatives
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Strong proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Fluency in Polish
- Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Experience working in multicultural settings
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and systems
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
