Compensation and Benefits Senior Specialist
At Tera Holding, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist / Senior Specialist who will shape the future of our growing organization, enhance employee experience, and act as a strategic partner to our business units.
General Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
- Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law, Income Tax, and related legislation
- Proficient in MS Office programs, especially experienced in Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Experience with payroll systems (such as Logo, SAP HR, Mikro, etc.)
- Good command of English
Job Description
- Create and/or update the salary structure and pay bands
- Conduct market benchmarking for compensation and benefits
- Plan and execute annual salary increase and bonus processes
- Design benefits packages (private health insurance, pension plans, meal/transportation benefits, etc.)
- Ensure pay positioning and internal equity for recruitment offers
- Monitor personnel costs, plan budgets and labor expenses, and report monthly actuals
- Perform HR analytics to analyze pay distribution, ensure internal equity/compliance, and monitor variances
- Write and update policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Design approval process automations for compensation and benefits workflows and actively contribute to digitalization projects
- Ensure documentation and record accuracy for audits and internal controls
- Ensure coordination and data accuracy during payroll and timekeeping processes
