Compensation and Benefits Senior Specialist

At Tera Holding, we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist / Senior Specialist who will shape the future of our growing organization, enhance employee experience, and act as a strategic partner to our business units.


General Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, Human Resources, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
  • Knowledge of Labor Law, Social Security Law, Income Tax, and related legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office programs, especially experienced in Excel and Power BI
  • Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills, solution-oriented, and proactive working style
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Experience with payroll systems (such as Logo, SAP HR, Mikro, etc.)
  • Good command of English


Job Description


  • Create and/or update the salary structure and pay bands
  • Conduct market benchmarking for compensation and benefits
  • Plan and execute annual salary increase and bonus processes
  • Design benefits packages (private health insurance, pension plans, meal/transportation benefits, etc.)
  • Ensure pay positioning and internal equity for recruitment offers
  • Monitor personnel costs, plan budgets and labor expenses, and report monthly actuals
  • Perform HR analytics to analyze pay distribution, ensure internal equity/compliance, and monitor variances
  • Write and update policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Design approval process automations for compensation and benefits workflows and actively contribute to digitalization projects
  • Ensure documentation and record accuracy for audits and internal controls
  • Ensure coordination and data accuracy during payroll and timekeeping processes
