We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our global Automotive HMI team, working remotely from Poland. You’ll lead international software projects that shape how drivers experience digital dashboards and infotainment systems - bringing design vision to life through seamless, real-world interaction.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery – managing scope, schedule, quality and budget.
• Coordinate global teams (Japan, China, Finland, US) to meet milestones.
• Communicate with customers and technical teams, turning insights into clear plans and actions.
• Monitor progress, risks and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver structured reports, presentations and visualized project data.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in project management (automotive, embedded or software), ideally with exposure to HMI / IVI domain.
• Strong understanding of software delivery processes - from planning and tracking to risk, quality and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Japanese is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence and project tracking dashboards.
• A technical mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and customers.
• Analytical, data-driven and proactive approach, with a focus on preventing risks before they arise.
• Cultural awareness to effectively lead multicultural, cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with tools like Rightware Kanzi, Qt or Unity/Unreal and a basic understanding of Android IVI architecture are strong assets.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
