How You'll Make An Impact

• Responsible from Project Management and Customer Support Team’s Management.
• Drive quality improvement through target setting, monitoring and benchmarking to continuously improve processes & Implement Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations within the team.
• Lead and manage project execution function and monitor operation teams and processes.
• Deliver results according to the operational/project targets (e.g. OTD, NWC, OFC, quality, etc.) to improve net promoter score (NPS).
• Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
• Providing technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Coaching and reviewing the work of team, creating personal improvement plans.
  
  

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, order handling is required; prior experience within the transformers industry will be considered a significant advantage,
• Candidates should have international project management experience and a strong track record of collaboration with diverse stakeholders,
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stress management, problem-solving skills & Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines,
• Very good command of written and spoken Turkish & English.
