🌱 Volunteer Role 1: Content & Community Lead

🎯 Responsibilities:

- Write engaging captions and posts for Instagram and LinkedIn 

- Turn farmer interviews into stories that highlight authenticity and impact 

- Engage with followers, reply to comments and DMs 

- Help grow our online community by connecting with farmers and agri-tech pages 

✅ Qualifications:

- Strong writing in English.

- Passion for storytelling, sustainability, and farmer empowerment 

- Comfortable using Instagram and LinkedIn 

- Friendly, proactive, and responsive communicator

🎨 Volunteer Role 2: Visual Creator (Design + Video)

🎯 Responsibilities:

- Design branded templates and graphics using Canva or Figma 

- Edit short videos or reels from interviews and field visits 

- Add subtitles, music, and visual polish to make content pop 

- Collaborate with the content lead to bring stories to life 

✅ Qualifications:

- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar tools) 

- Experience editing short videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.) 

- Eye for clean, farmer-friendly visuals 

- Organised and able to meet simple deadlines
