Project Manager

About the Role

This role will be involved in the analysis and development of critical processes that affect many department within the company, including:

• E-commerce website and mobile application,
• Loyalty mobile application and loyalty program implementations,
• Retail store digital transformation projects,
• Customer experience enhancement initiatives,

We are looking for a Project & Product Manager who will play a key role in analyzing business processes, managing product development, and leading strategic projects. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about process improvement, product innovation, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Develop and manage product & project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Improve customer experience (CX) by identifying pain points and optimizing customer journeys.
• Work closely with technical teams, designers, and business units to optimize product functionalities.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic process and product decisions.
• Monitor and measure success of implemented process and product improvements.
• Report key findings and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, product management, project management, or customer experience development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and product management tools.
• Experience in developing and managing digital products, including web and mobile applications is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
