We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEO & Content Executive to manage and implement our search engine optimization strategies across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong SEO expertise, hands-on experience with content updates on CMS platforms like WordPress and Magento, and a keen understanding of digital performance metrics. The goal is to improve our website rankings, increase organic traffic, and optimize on-site content effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Implementation
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, images, and internal linking structures.
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve SERP rankings.
- Build and manage high-quality backlink campaigns through outreach, guest posts, and other white-hat strategies.
- Track and report SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Content Creation & Updates
- Write, edit, and publish SEO-friendly blog posts and website content.
- Update product descriptions, titles, and metadata with relevant keywords.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to improve site UX and content engagement.
- Monitor competitors' content and keywords to stay ahead.
CMS & E-commerce Platform Management
- Update content and manage product listings on Magento and WordPress.
- Ensure all new content and product entries follow SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT or web development team for technical SEO improvements (e.g., site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data).
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Perform regular website audits to identify SEO issues and implement fixes.
- Create monthly performance reports highlighting traffic trends, keyword rankings, and backlink quality.
- Recommend actionable strategies to improve content visibility and lead generation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field.
- SEO, Digital Marketing, or Google Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, HubSpot SEO, SEMrush Academy, Yoast SEO) are an advantage.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles.
