🌟 About the Role

As a Retail Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our merchandise across multiple categories. From concept to creation, your designs will bring our brands to life—whether through packaging, signage, or retail products.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Design consumer products that reflect our brand values and enhance user experience
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling, on-brand merchandise
• Conduct market research and apply insights to product development
• Create digital and print-ready designs for packaging and signage
• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints, working closely with VM, Retail Merchandise, and Operations teams
• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the design process

🧩 What You’ll Bring

✅ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design (Master’s is a plus)

✅ Experience:

• 5–7 years in product design, preferably in multi-brand retail
• Strong background in working with licensed IPs and brand guidelines
• Experience across GCC markets is a bonus

✅ Skills:

• Proficiency in CAD, Illustrator, Sketch
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
