We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Project Manager to support the leadership and daily operations of a high-end hospitality establishment catering to premium corporate and VIP clientele.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in luxury hospitality or corporate catering operations within 5-star hotels, resorts, or high-profile business environments.
They will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional service standards and operational excellence across all departments.
Main Duties:
Support the Project Manager in overseeing all operational areas including F&B, guest relations and service delivery.
Lead and mentor department heads to achieve company objectives and maintain brand standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Assist in budgeting, financial control and performance reporting.
Ensure compliance with company regulations, UAE labour laws and health & safety regulations.
Represent the property in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring smooth and consistent operations.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within luxury hotels, fine dining or corporate hospitality.
Proven leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of guest experience management and operational best practices.
Business-minded with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on operations.
UAE experience preferred.
