We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee residential and commercial real estate developments in the United Arab Emirates for an international developer expanding into the UAE market.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilized
• Drive project management excellence through frameworks, processes, and best practices
• Production of formal project status reports and other reports on ad hoc basis
• Monitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously, including time and cost frameworks as well as compliance with defined processes and systems
• Manage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communications
• Forecast and update key project milestones
• Provide technical support to owners; and ensure technical oversight over architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field
• Provide expertise for cost control, implement value engineering, and constructability guidance where required to optimize project cost, efficiency, and quality
• Independent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractor,s and suppliers
• Provide strategic leadership for all project delivery and development initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or other similar fields
• Min. 10 years of relevant real estate construction experience is required
• Experience in managing large-scale projects and programs
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Effective presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, and construction project management tools
• Strong communication skills

Candidate must already be located in the United Arab Emirates.
