On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for a Full-stack Developer to design, build, and unit test enhancements to their non-compliance management system and other supporting components as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Understand current technical ecosystem including integrations

• Design, build and unit enhancements as per requirements to the non-compliance management system

• Knowledge transfer / training as required to support employee development resources

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Computer Science Degree

• >5 years experience as full stack developers

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.

• Commitment to agile software development methodologies including pair-programming, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.

• Ability to comprehend existing code base and provide software design guidance to enhance application capabilities.

• Expertise in creating applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET Web API (REST), advanced SQL scripting.

• Experience using Python (Django / Flask), PHP, JavaScript frameworks (Angular / React / Vue.js), CSS, HTML, etc.

• Experience with data modeling, scripting, data mapping.

• Familiarity with Object Relational Model (ORM) and Telerik development tools.

• Familiarity with design patterns like dependency injection, factory, etc.

• Experience writing Oracle SQL, SQL scripting and PL/SQL tool.

• Integration experience with 3rd party applications from Tyler Technologies software widely used in the public sector.
