We are seeking a highly skilled User Experience (UX/UI) Designer to join our distributed product team. This full-time remote role involves working on a complex multi-platform ecosystem — designing intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user experiences that integrate seamlessly with our web and mobile applications.

You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data teams to shape user journeys, craft polished interfaces, and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• Design user interfaces and interactions that enhance usability across Lobon’s apps and web platforms.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
• Apply Design Thinking principles to define, prototype, and iterate on user flows.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and technical feasibility.
• Use data-driven insights and feedback loops to refine and optimize user experiences.
• Maintain brand and design consistency across all visual outputs.

• Proven experience in UX/UI Design for complex, multi-functional web or mobile applications.
• Strong skills in Design Thinking, User Research, and Prototyping.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, or technology sectors is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
