We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach with a strong background in the insurance industry and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP). In this role, you’ll lead Agile transformation initiatives across business and IT functions, helping teams adopt Agile practices and deliver major programs including Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) and Dynamics 365 rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach Agile delivery teams, Product Owners, and leadership to strengthen Agile maturity.
- Align Agile practices with regulatory and operational requirements within the insurance domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful Agile delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Design and conduct Agile training, workshops, and learning sessions.
- Lead enterprise-scale Agile adoption using frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
- Drive stakeholder engagement to foster alignment, transparency, and collaboration.
- Track Agile performance metrics and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP implementations.
- Certifications such as ICP-ACC, SAFe SPC, or CEC strongly preferred.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills.
- Good familiarity with CCaaS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
