What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As our Intermediate Business Intelligence Analyst/ Developer, you will be the analytical engine driving insights into how our NLP models are performing and contributing to key business outcomes. Your core focus will be on ensuring data accuracy, delivering actionable insights, and fostering a data-driven culture.
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Gather, organize, interpret, and analyze complex datasets using strong statistical techniques. Provide deep-dive analysis focusing specifically on the performance and accuracy of our NLP models.
- Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports and intuitive dashboards utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, or MicroStrategy, providing clear, continuous visibility into key business metrics.
- Data Quality & Integrity: Serve as a guardian of data integrity. Identify and resolve data quality issues, actively "clean" data by reviewing performance indicators, and ensure consistency across all reporting sources.
- Data Architecture Support: Develop and maintain efficient data processing pipelines and procedures to support robust analytical needs and reporting capabilities.
- Collaboration & Communication: Actively collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements. Present complex data findings and insights in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Agile Team Player: Participate actively in our Agile development framework, contributing effectively to sprint planning and execution, and embracing continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring: Critical Qualifications (Must-Haves)
We are seeking a growth-minded professional ready to apply their academic and foundational skills immediately.
- Experience: 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (BI) role.
- Proficiency in SQL and SAS programming for data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Proficient in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
- Strong foundational knowledge of statistical methods and techniques.
- Familiarity with data gathering and architecture tools.
- Core Skills: Strong data analytics literacy, including the ability to understand, interpret, and troubleshoot various data sources. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Methodology: Understanding of Agile development frameworks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
