About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Operation (International) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in casual/puzzle game IAA operations, strong understanding of game monetization, user acquisition, and creative optimization for international markets.
Candidates with deep insights into the Turkey mobile game market will be highly preferred. This role requires close collaboration with the China-based product and marketing teams, so Chinese language proficiency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the international operation and growth strategy for our casual/puzzle portfolio, focusing on In-App Advertising monetization.
- Manage user acquisition campaigns, including creative strategy, data analysis, and optimization across major ad platforms (Meta, Google, Unity, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative optimization development, creative testing, and ad performance tracking.
- Analyze performance data to refine LTV, CPI, and ROI models and improve user retention and monetization.
- Research and benchmark successful IAA game cases in global markets to identify best practices.
- Drive operational decisions for overseas markets with focus on localization, market fit, and cultural adaptation.
- Work closely with China-based product, data, and creative teams to ensure alignment across development and operation cycles.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Game Design, or related field.
- 3–5 years or more of relevant experience in international casual/puzzle game IAA operations.
- Proven track record of operating or scaling successful IAA-based titles internationally.
- Strong understanding of overseas ad platforms, data analytics tools, and market trends.
- Familiarity with the Turkey game market or Middle East market is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Chinese language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory due to cross-border collaboration needs.
- Passion for mobile gaming and creative operation.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with or within game publishing studios in emerging markets (Turkey).
- Hands-on experience in creative testing, A/B testing, or data-driven UA optimization.
- Familiarity with hybrid monetization models (IAA + IAP).
