We are looking for a Software Engineer II to join our team who is open to work with AI and Efficiency First mindset.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver innovative portal and integration services that enable seamless automation across Microsoft Teams, Power Pages, and enterprise systems.
- Build scalable APIs, SDKs, and orchestration components to support adaptive automation scenarios.
- Collaborate on AI-driven features, intelligent agentic based troubleshooting, and Copilot integration.
- Ensure compliance, security, and reliability through robust engineering practices and live site health management.
- Solid coding skills in distributed systems and cloud services.
- Experience with workflow automation, integration patterns, and API design.
- Passion for user experience and building resilient, secure platforms.
- Ability to work across product engineering and AI capability development.
- Open mind and eager to experiment and innovate
Required Qualifications:
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience with backend development or microservices architecture.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Demonstrated understanding of API architecture and design patterns, with the ability to apply them effectively to solve complex integration challenges.
