A prominent investment firm in Midtown is seeking an Executive Assistant Project Manger to support a senior team of professionals, lead project coordination, and leverage technology to drive efficiency.
The individual in this role will be responsible for a variety of administrative and project tasks, including:
- Managing calendars and organizing meetings across time zones
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Tracking and preparing expense reports
- Conducting research and analysis to support decision-making and presentations
- Building and maintaining team dashboards or trackers for key priorities and deliverables
- Creating and distributing presentation materials
- Assisting with reporting and document management
- Utilizing technology and AI tools to draft communications, build templates, and create process efficiencies
