Key responsibilities:

• Brainstorm on problems and create rapid prototypes
• Deliver simple user experiences that solve complex operational challenges
• Conduct user research with internal teams and validate ideas quickly (users are our employees)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on web applications and internal tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex UI/UX projects
• Passion for healthcare technology and improving operational efficiency
