Project Description:

The work lives inside an engineering domain - with data-rich interfaces, layered workflows, and high-density screens used by experts who actually rely on what they see. We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who approaches complexity with clarity, structure, and common sense - someone who helps users make better decisions, cares about the invisible logic that holds everything together, and brings clarity to screens that may not trend on Dribble, but actually help someone do their job better.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build core areas of the interface - from early flows to detailed wireframes
  • Collaborate with users, product managers, and developers to clarify requirements and turn them into intuitive interaction models
  • Run UX reviews, identify issues, and propose practical improvements
  • Develop and maintain interface patterns to support consistency
  • Clearly communicate your design logic in documentation and walkthroughs - helping others understand the “why” behind your decisions

Mandatory Skills Description:

  • 5–7 years of experience in UX design for complex web-based systems or internal tools
  • Hands-on experience designing information-rich interfaces
  • Experience working closely with users and the team to clarify requirements and translate them into clear interaction models
  • Strong proficiency in Figma - including components, libraries, and design documentation
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams in technical and domain-heavy contexts
  • Ability to work with complexity and explain design rationale with clarity and structure
  • Comfortable taking ownership in a loosely defined environment and driving designs forward

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

Experience in the oil and gas industry.

Languages:

English: B2 Upper Intermediate

For this position, it is very important to be able to travel abroad on business trips.
