We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT System Administrator to manage and secure our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on cybersecurity and remote device management through Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Admin Center. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, system reliability, and strong security compliance across all remote and on-site environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company systems, servers, and user endpoints (desktops, laptops).
  • Perform regular updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure system performance and security.
  • Monitor system health, network performance, and resource utilization using Microsoft Admin Center and Intune dashboards.
  • Implement and manage Group Policies and Active Directory structures through Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Manage user access permissions, shared resources, and data storage policies.
  • Enroll, configure, and monitor all remote devices through Microsoft Intune.
  • Apply security and compliance policies for all endpoints, ensuring encryption, password protection, and access control.
  • Manage software deployment, patch updates, and remote troubleshooting for distributed teams.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls aligned with recognized standards.
  • Configure and monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and related threat protection tools.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate internal or external security audits.
  • Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and take corrective or preventive measures.
  • Manage user authentication, MFA, and conditional access policies through Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support to remote and in-office staff.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and access privileges across Microsoft 365 and Entra Admin Center.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and account-related issues efficiently.
  • Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and internal user guides.
  • Implement and manage regular system and data backups.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular IT health and security reports.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to enhance infrastructure performance and security posture.
  • Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends and Microsoft ecosystem updates.
  • Conduct internal training sessions for employees on cybersecurity awareness and best practices.
  • Collaborate with management to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and process automation initiatives.
  • communicate with vendors for IT infrastructure and providing employees with system upgrades and improved configurations
  • set up tracking and monitoring software on PCs
