We’re in the early stages of building our product and tech team, and we’re now looking for a Product Designer to add to our small (but mighty) design team.

You’ll work on a powerful e-commerce experience with an integrated design tool that helps solar installers configure systems, generate accurate quotes, and deliver better outcomes for customers.

Your work will directly impact how renewable energy is designed and delivered.

This role is perfect for someone who’s high in craft, loves delivering beautiful, high-quality digital experiences, and has a genuine curiosity for learning from users through research and testing.

• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders across the business
• Design elegant, user-centred experiences for complex tools and workflows
• Deliver visually outstanding, high-craft product designs that raise the bar for quality
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand real-world needs
• Present and articulate your thinking clearly and confidently
• Work autonomously and proactively. We value initiative and ownership

• 3–5 years of experience in product design (SaaS, B2B tools, or eCommerce ideal)
• A strong portfolio showcasing visual craft, polish, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A user-focused mindset and curiosity for how design impacts real people
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage team
• A passion for delivering experiences that feel effortless and refined
